Main idea red records


 In the book A Red Record by Ida B. Wells, discusses the main idea of lynching through key terms such as Constitutional equality, Indignation, and Negro Domination. Wells talks about Constitutional equality to show that no matter what color we are the constitution is there to protect our rights. Indignation is stated when referring to the anger felt because of the unfair treatment. Negro domination is referring to the fear of African American some day becoming dominant in society.
